Kalkan Water Sports & Diving
The waters around Kalkan are exceptionally clear and qualify for a Blue Flag award for their cleanliness. The bay is calm and ideal for all types of water sports especially diving. Dive boats operate from Kalkan harbour and Kalamar Bay beach club and courses are available for all levels of experience including beginners. Alternatively just scuba diving on the surface to view the world under the water. Fish, turtles and if you are lucky even dolphins inhabit the waters around Kalkan Bay.
Water ski-ing, jet ski-ing, doughnuts and banana rides are available from the water sports companies from the harbour, and beach clubs. Small boats and speed boats can also be hired providing you hold the required qualification.
