This modern three-bedroom villa in Kalkan’s Old Quarter, offers luxurious fully air-conditioned accommodation for up to 5 people. The villa has its own private pool and roof terrace, both offering magnificent views over the bay and harbour.

Many Kalkan villas advertise that they are “10-15 minutes stroll into the town centre”. Remember that in Kalkan (due to its steep hills) that translates to a 30-minute walk back home, in the heat, normally leading to taxis both ways....

The Old Quarter villa is one minute’s walk away from the shops restaurants of the Old Quarter of Kalkan. The harbour and beach is just a further 2 or 3 minutes walk. Therefore going out for breakfast, lunch and dinner is simply a short walk away so you won’t require taxis. There are several supermarkets, a small food market and other food shops within a few minutes walk for those who prefer to eat in occasionally.

Bedroom 1	Master Bedroom Suite: King size bed, with en suite shower room and balcony. Air conditioning, wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 2	Double Bedroom : Double bedroom with balcony, air conditioning, wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 3	Single Bedroom: Single bedroom with balcony, air conditioning & drawers.
Main Bathroom	Shower, basin & WC.
Roof Terrace	With great views over the bay, 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs. The roof terrace gets direct sunlight from just after 08:00 until around nearly sunset.
Pool Terrace	Private pool and terrace, 4 sun loungers - Table and chairs. The pool area gets direct sunlight from just after dawn until around 17:00. It therefore has a covered pergola to provide shade if required.

Cleaning and Laundry	All bed linen and towels including pool towels are provided and changed once a week. Cleaning once a week. Additional cleaning services can be arranged if required at extra cost.
