Villa Meltem is an idea family holiday villa offering lots of space for everyone to find a corner to escape and relax in. A stunning luxury modern villa with one of the largest private pools in Kalkan, Villa Meltem also has wonderful panoramic sea views and a convenient location close to town.
Outside the villa are plenty of south facing sun terraces with a stunning circular pool with steps and a relaxation seating area. You will also find a second children's pool located within easy view of the living area. Large mature gardens around the terraces offer guests a good deal of privacy. At night the roof terrace is a wonderful location to sit, or entertain overlooking the town night view.
Inside the villa is a charming circular dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen, and open plan living area split over different levels. Each of the three double/twin bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, plenty of storage, perfect sea views and private sea facing balconies. Two extra guests can be comfortably accommodated on two separate sofa beds in the living area.
Villa Meltem is located just above the Kalamar road and a 10 minute walk into the town centre and local amenities.
