Deciding on whom to employ to maintain your Kalkan home is an important decision. Our Typical Villa Maintenance Package Includes:

  • Daily pool cleaning and garden maintenance in summer
  • All year round regular checking and airing of the property
  • Organization of DASK buildings insurance
  • Organization of private buildings/contents insurance
  • Organisation of public liability insurance (if required)
  • Payment of utility bills –  although these can now be paid via automatic payments from a Kalkan bank account.
  • Annual payment of council and rubbish taxes.
  • Organization of cleaning and laundry for you and/or your guests.
  • Organization of airport transfers and car hire for you and/or your guests.
  • Quoting and arrangement of regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Quoting and arrangement of home improvements or renovations*
  • 24/7 Emergency call out service
  • Account statements by email. Monthly during the summer and quarterly in winter.

Costs for such a service vary from £1,200 – £2,800/year dependent on the pool and garden size and villa location.
