The “Antik Ev” is brand new to the rental market for summer 2021. This appropriately named “Antique House” is one of Kalkan’s original Greek stone houses and one of the few protected by a conservation order.
Located in the lower part of the ‘Old Quarter’, the house is situated on a quiet corner* not far from the ‘Mina Art Cafe’ and ‘Salt & Pepper’ restaurant. The harbour and beach are just a 2 minutes walk away. The Beach Clubs such as ‘Indigo’, ‘Palm’ and ‘Zest’ (… to name just a few) are within easy proximity for daily visits.
“Antik Ev” has been lovingly updated, with a modern and bright interior, incorporating original features and antique decorative objects. The ground floor has an open plan living area with a small kitchen/dining area and lounge seating area with fireplace. The well equipped kitchen offers a full size fridge/freezer, full oven with gas hob, sink and washing machine.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms each with 140×190/200cm double beds and private wooden balconies. The two bedrooms share a modernised bathroom with large walk in shower with rain head.
Guests should please note both bedrooms have efficient Mitsubishi air conditioning. The lounge has a fan. Running the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms is sufficient to cool the ground floor living area if needed.
