This appropriately named Antique House is one of Kalkan’s original Greek stone houses and one of the few protected by a conservation order. Located in the lower part of the ‘Old Quarter’, the house is situated on a quiet corner* not far from the ‘Mina Art Cafe’ and ‘Salt & Pepper’ restaurant. The harbour and beach are just a 2 minutes walk away. The Beach Clubs such as ‘Indigo’, ‘Palm’ and ‘Zest’ (… to name just a few) are within easy proximity for daily visits.

 Antik Ev has been lovingly updated, with a modern and bright interior, incorporating original features and antique decorative objects. The ground floor has an open plan living area with a small kitchen/dining area and lounge seating area with fireplace. The well equipped kitchen offers a full size fridge/freezer, full oven with gas hob, sink and washing machine. On the first floor are two double bedrooms each with 140×190/200cm double beds and private wooden balconies. The two bedrooms share a modernised bathroom with large walk in shower with rain head. Guests should please note both bedrooms have efficient Mitsubishi air conditioning. The lounge has a fan. Running the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms is sufficient to cool the ground floor living area if needed.
