Villa Gülbay

Villa Gülbay is a three bedroom villa located in the Kişla area of Kalkan, a short walk to the beach clubs and sea.

This is an unusual property offering a kitchen and lounge on both the ground and first floors, making catering and relaxing easy, and a choice of places to eat.  

There are three double en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi in the bathroom

Outside has a private pool and terrace where there is a relaxing shaded sofa area, as well as sun loungers. While on the first floor there is a shaded dining area next to the second kitchen.

There is a sauna outside also on the pool terrace, and there is an extra fee for the use of this.

Villa Gülbay has great views both out to sea and back onto Kalkan, and at night you can sit and watch the lights in the town twinkle while you enjoy a cocktail on the terrace.
