All 9 villas have unique magnificent panoramic views of the bright blue seas of Kalkan.
> Our villa has a capacity suitable for 4 people, the villa has 2 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom in each room.
> Our villa have a luxurious and comfortable living room with open kitchen, modern and comfortable facilities.
> The sheltered design of the private swimming pool of our villa is particularly beneficial for the satisfaction of our honeymoon couples and conservative families.
> Closed garage is available.
> The property is built on a residential area of Kalkan. The villas are built on a slope in terms of its geographical structure.
> The villa owner is responsible for the pool maintenance, garden maintenance and garbage of the villa.
> Our villas; On the first day, the arrival time to the villa is at 15:00pm in. On the last day, check out from the villa is at 10:00am. During these hours, the general cleaning of our villa is done. We would like to point out that if you check in to the villa early, we are unable to help. We request you, our valuable holidaymakers, to enter and exit the villa at specified times.
>> NOTE; High season prices are applied between the 1st June – 31st August.

> 1st bedroom; There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
> 2nd bedroom; There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

• Modern American Kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-hob, toaster, electric water heater, dinner set, cutlery set, pans, pots, glasses.
• The villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition, if you request extra cleaning, new clean pillowcases, sheets, etc. All these extra services can be provided for a fee.
• There is a private swimming pool. Pool dimension details: Length: 7.50 mt Width: 3.50 mt Depth: 1.60 mt
• There are sun loungers, pergole, barbecue, table and chairs.
• Electricity, water, gas etc. fees are included in the prices. Clean new towels, sheets, pillowcases, vacation and health, etc. Air tickets and insurance are not included in the price. The guest who rents the villa is deemed to have accepted the Rental Conditions on the www.ecovillakalkan.com website.
• Euro, British Pound and US Dollars equivalent to 500 TL or this fee are taken as a deposit at the time of entering the villa for any damage or loss. If no damage is done, the villa will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
