Lime is a spacious (65m2) ground floor one bedroom apartment located close to the town center on the popular Han Inn complex. This attractive site of just 9 apartments has a stunning 185m2 shared pool set amoungst mature gardens. The apartments are set away from the bustle of the town and often nicknamed the “Secret Garden”. Everything you could want, from the baker in the morning, to the off license in the evening, is right on your doorstep.
Lime has easy access from the main gate of the Han Inn complex and is particularly suitable for older or less mobile guests. With a view directly over the pool and garden it is perfect for those who love to stroll out directly to the poolside. Inside there is very spacious open plan living area, with three sets of French doors to three separate outside seating areas: the poolside, the private garden terrace and the shaded archway terrace. There is always sun and shade at every time of the day. On the garden terrace has a dining table and four chairs and sunbeds are positioned right outside the dining room doors.
A cool, quiet double bedroom and shower bathroom are located off a small inner hallway to the rear of the apartment. The spacious lounge makes it easy to have a full size (90x200cm) single fold up bed in the lounge, which easily accommodates an additional guest in the living room area. Our fold up bed is a full size single and ultra comfortable. Lime has proven very popular with guests who loved to the proximity to pool which is never crowded. Not to mention Han Inn complex with beautiful tranquil gardens and convenient location.

January 26, 2022A lovely little apartment in the centre of town but tucked away in beautiful well kept gardens away from all the hustle and bustle of the centre . Lovely pool area to relax. The apartment was clean spacious and ideal for a couple with a large terrace great for evening pre dinner drinks and early morning coffees. Would defiantly recommend the apartment and hope to book for next year.

January 26, 2022Lovely apartment in an ideal position in Kalkan. Very clean and modern with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Lovely large shared pool which was very quiet and lots of greenery within the complex.

It is very convenient for town and is in what I can only describe as a little ‘Oasis’ with a huge pool and beautiful gardens. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place. Stayed in September 2018.

January 26, 2022Lime is a spotlessly clean, spacious modern apartment on a lovely complex. Well equipped with all you could need. The grounds of the Han Inn complex are so peaceful yet so close to town. A great base for a holiday in Kalkan .

January 26, 2022This was a beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment located perfectly to walk to the sea and the Old town with a great selection of restaurants. The pool was a great size and it was very peaceful. Nothing was too much trouble for the host and the apartment had everything you needed. It was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped. I would return in a heartbeat.
