Villa Alesta

Villa Alesta is a five bedroom villa located in the Kiziltaş area of Kalkan, with great views of Kalkan and the sea, it is only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. 

On the ground floor is a large lounge, kitchen, dining room with breakfast bar.  Also on the ground floor is the first of the five bedrooms, a twin with en-suite and door out to the terrace.

The first floor contains bedrooms two, three and four, all with en-suites and one of the doubles has the addedd bonus of a Jacuzzi bath. Each of the bedrooms has a balcony with seating and wonderful views. 

On the second floor is the fifth bedroom, a double with Jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.  The bedroom leads on to a magnificent roof terrace with sunloungers, swing chair and a seating area, a great place to watch the sunrise with a coffee or the sunset with a glass of something fizzy.

Outside the villa is a wrap-around terrace, garden and private swimming pool, with a shaded dining area for lazy lunches or al-fresco dinners on the BBQ.  There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool as well as comfortable seating and shady areas to relax in.
