Access & Layout

Enter the villa through an iron gate at street level, and descend the steps to reach the charming patio and the lower ground floor bedrooms. The steps continue down to the inviting pool terrace.

Location

The villa is a leisurely 25-minute walk to the vibrant old town. Additionally, nearby beach clubs provide convenient water taxi services to the harbour throughout the day. A handy mini-market is also close by for all your essential needs.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a well-appointed kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and water cooler. The dining table comfortably seats 8, and the spacious L-shaped sofa faces a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. There is also a cozy nook with a small sofa and coffee table. Sliding doors open to the pool terrace. A separate cloakroom is available for guest use on the landing between this level and the lower ground floor bedrooms.
