The ground floor is a stylish open-plan space featuring a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, gym, and a piano – a rare and charming addition.

The living area includes an L-shaped sofa, an additional sofa, a coffee table, piano, fireplace, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with sound system.

The modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you need: fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and an island unit for added workspace.

A dining table comfortably seats six guests.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

First Floor

Two of the villa’s double bedrooms are located on this floor:

Bedroom 1 – Double bed, en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity unit, and a private balcony with two rattan chairs and a side table – perfect for a morning coffee or sunset drink.

Bedroom 2 – Another double bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table.

Second Floor (Top Floor)

The Master Bedroom occupies this entire level and offers a private sanctuary with a double bed, en-suite shower room, wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, and dressing table.

A spacious private terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and showcases spectacular panoramic views across the bay.
