Villa Kai

Villa Kai is a three-bedroom villa located above the rural area of Ulugol Village just 2.5 km from Kalkan Town.  The elevated location ensures stunning sea and countryside views.  The villa is one of three identical villas located next door to one another making them ideal for families or large groups. 

Upon entering the villa, you are greeted with a bright welcoming open plan living room, an open concept fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with doors leading out to the terrace area where you can admire the mesmerising views of Kalkan or take a dip in the saltwater pool.  

One of the three bedrooms is located just outside the main villa but adjoining with a separate entrance right next to the main entrance.  This guest-house style ensuite bedroom is equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, double bed and wardrobe and is a private peaceful relaxing hideaway.  

The second bedroom is an en-suite double bedroom at the level of the living area with full length patio doors leading out onto a terrace with seating to enjoy the beautiful sea views and enjoy a morning coffee.  There is a dressing room area and a large jacuzzi to add to the comfortable relaxing space.

The third double bedroom is located upstairs on the first floor and has its own balcony and seating area that offers amazing panoramic views of the turquoise Mediterranean sea and back towards Kalkan town making it the perfect spot for relaxing. The ensuite bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi, private dressing room, air conditioning and heated floors.

On the upper floor there is a utility room with washing machine and ironing board.

The upper terrace area has comfortable seating and for the more energetic a table tennis table in a shaded area.  

Please note that the villa is reached by a winding and steep road.  Car hire may be something to consider or taxis are cheap and easily requested by Whatsapp message.  

A member of staff is available on site from 09.00 until 17.00 to resolve any villa issues or to help with any special requests.

The nearest small supermarkets Migros Jet and BIM are on the main D400 road towards Kaş and would be a 16 minute walk down from the villa but a taxi return would be needed.  BIM does not sell alcohol.   

Kalkan harbour eg the İndigo Beach Club is a 45 minute walk from the villa mostly on the flat when you reach the main road.
