Villa La Mer Deluxe is a two bedroom duplex apartment in the Kördere area of Kalkan, approximately a 6 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan.
The property has been beautifully furnished and offers amazing views down to the sea. This is a great property for a family or group of friends, there is plenty of space to enjoy each others company or sit quietly alone.
On entry to the property is a large lounge, kitchen dining area, with access down to the indoor pool, gym, sauna and Turkish bath, these facilities are for the exclusive use of the apartment.
There are two bedrooms, one with a Kingsize bed, and the other a twin, both these rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.
Note: Indoor pool heating and house heating are included in the price during the winter months between the 1st of November and the 30th April.
Note: If pool heating is requested in other summer months, it is £30 per day and pool heating must be turned on during the whole stay.
