Villa Leo is one of our most unique holiday villas, not only for its design and furnishing quality but also for its location. Villa Leo is a modern, detached villa with a stunning sea view and spaciousness, situated in Kalkan Kışla. 

It features 5+ bedrooms, two separate living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two mini kitchens. Its superb location, within a 10-minute walk to the town centre, shops, and restaurants, and close to Kalkan's famous beach clubs (Mahal Beach Club, Kalkan Beach Park, Denizim Beach, Palm Beach, Zest Beach), makes it an attractive facility for all age groups throughout the year.

The villa offers sea views from every floor. Large sliding glass doors open onto the magnificent pool area and garden. Pool towels are provided upon arrival. The pool terrace also features a shaded outdoor dining area, a stone barbecue, and numerous sun loungers and umbrellas.

Late check-out requests will be considered depending on calendar availability and will be charged as follows: 

** Checkout between 10:00to 14:00 hrs - 15 % of daily rate. Checkout between 14:01 hrs to 16:00 hrs - 20 % of daily rate. Checkout between 16:01 hrs to 18:00 hrs - 50 % of daily rate.❗
