Villa Lipsos 4 is a three bedroom villa located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan and a few minutes walk to the local markets and Kalamar restaurants, this villa is in a great location.
On entry into the villa there is a bright lounge, kitchen, dining area.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both with jacuzzi and en-suite bathrooms
On the second floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite which has a jacuzzi tub and access to a large roof terrace.
Outside the property is a private pool with terrace, outdoor shaded dining area and sun loungers.
This is one of four identical villas, all of which are available through Kalkan Holidays, so if you have a larger party you can be close to each other.

July 31, 2024The second time my family has stayed at Lipsos (1 in 2023 and 4 in 2024). Great villa, good privacy due to a great design, lovely pool, quiet location but not far from town, few local shops for the essentials and a couple of great local restaurants too. Kalkan Holidays are superb too.
