Villa Lumineux is a six-bedroom villa located in the prestigious Komurluk area of Kalkan, close to the sea.  This stylish villa offers accommodation for up to 12 guests with all the bedrooms being en-suites. 

Accommodation is arranged over four floors with a private roof terrace on the top floor, and all the en-suites have rainfall showers with sea views through the 'see but not be seen' windows. 

The ground floor is light and spacious with ground-to-ceiling windows throughout opening up the sea views to spectacular effect and introducing an abundance of natural light.

A large open-plan living area has a kitchen, lounge area with fireplace and dining area. There is also a cloakroom on this floor.

On the first floor are bedrooms 1 & 2. Both bedrooms have king-size beds that are en-suite.

The second floor has bedrooms 3, 4 & 5. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and en-suite, bedroom 4 is furnished with twin beds and en-suite, and bedroom 5 has a double bed with en-suite.

Bedroom 6 is located on the top floor and is a large bedroom; furnished with a double bed, and a jacuzzi bath en-suite. This room has its own private roof terrace.

Outside the private infinity pool has stunning sea views and the pool terrace offers sun and shade at different times of the day, with areas for sunbathing, outdoor dining or just relaxing in the shadow of the garden The villa is approached by a driveway leading to garage parking. A short flight of steps then leads up to the pool and side garden terrace. To the front of the property is an attractive infinity pool with a waterfall feature to one end. To the further side are a pool terrace shower and BBQ area.
