• The Pool & Terraces: The villa features a magnificent, private 10 x 5-meter swimming pool (depth ranging to 2.1 meters) directly facing the sea, complete with shallow steps for easy access. The outdoor area boasts beautiful stone walls, limestone sunbathing terraces, and an al fresco dining setup.

• The "Magic Garden": The true highlight is the villa's private "Magic Garden" at the highest point of the property. Adorned with colorful Mediterranean plants and cozy Ottoman-style seating, it provides a shaded sanctuary during sunny days and a perfect vantage point at night to watch the harbor lights and shooting stars.
