Villa Melisa is a three bedroom villa situated in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The villa is a 15 minute walk downhill to the centre of Kalkan and so no car is required.
On the ground floor is a comfortable living, dining and kitchen area, with doors leading out to the pool and terrace.
The bedrooms are located on the upper two floors, there is one super king, one king and a twin bedroom, all of which are en-suite. The top floor has a large roof terrace which gives great views down to the sea, with a lovely area to sit, it is the perfect place for a sun downer.
Outside there are wonderful mature gardens as well as a private pool and sunbathing terraces. There is also shaded seating areas and an al fresco dining area. The garden is completely private and it is not overlooked, making this the perfect place for a more conservative holiday.
