This floor houses two beautifully decorated double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms:

Bedroom 1 (Lavender themed) – A flexible room that can be configured as a twin upon request. Furnished with a dressing table and stool, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobes, and an armchair. The room has a Juliet balcony, a picture window, and sliding doors that open onto a shared covered balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the bay.

The entire upper floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite, designed beneath high wooden eaves. This gold-themed room features a double bed, en-suite shower room, dressing table and stool, two chests of drawers, an armchair, Smart TV, and built-in wardrobes.

This level also includes a kitchenette equipped with a drinks fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, and water cooler.

There are two separate roof terrace areas:

One accessed from the bedroom, furnished with a small table and two chairs on a semi-circular balcony.

The other accessed from the kitchenette, offering sun loungers and breathtaking panoramic sea views.

The villa’s private freshwater pool is accessed via a ladder and surrounded by eight sun loungers. A poolside shower is provided, and steps lead up to a shaded dining terrace beneath a pergola with a BBQ – ideal for al fresco meals.
