Villa Toros is a five bedroom villa located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, surrounded by the beautiful Taurus mountains, the villa overlooks Kalkan bay. This villa is luxurious, spacious and has breath-taking uninterrupted views of the mountains and the sea.
Surrounded on three sides by a beautiful wooded hillside, the villa is private, not being directly overlooked by other villas. Boasting a spectacular twenty foot high glazed living area, high ceilings, tall, dramatic windows and galleried floors, giving fantastic views of Kalkan Bay, the town and the surrounding mountains at all times of the day and night.
The living area is unique and consists of many different levels, on entering the villa there is a huge glazed open-plan living space, which is flooded with light and incorporates a lounge area with comfortable seating, a hanging seat and chairs. Four sets of large sliding / folding doors bringing the outside in. Stone steps lead up to another lounge area which has a circular cushioned seating area.
A few more stone steps lead to an open-plan kitchen and the dining area.
A stone stairway from the lounge leads down to the lower ground floor where there is a twin bedroom with en-suite. There is also a games room equipped with table tennis, table football, TV screen, chairs and tables - perfect for youngsters and those looking for 'time out' from the sun.
Open-tread stairs from the dining area lead to the first floor where there is a galleried landing overlooking the lounges and leading to a first-floor balcony. On this level there are two bedrooms, the master with en-suite and a double with en-suite
Further open-tread stairs lead to the top floor where there is access to the roof terrace which has sun loungers and seating for those spectacular sunsets. The final two bedrooms are also located on this floor, both with kingsize beds and en-suites.
Outside the villa there are several terraces on which you can either enjoy the sun or step and relax in the shade. The infinity pool has sun loungers and comfortable seating areas around it and there ıs a shaded al fresco dining area, BBQ is in the coolness of an elevated position, a perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining.
This villa is luxurious, private and such a great place to spend your holiday in, you may never want to leave!
PLEASE NOTE: The Villa has an unfenced swimming pool, an open-tread staircase, many hard stone surfaces and high balconies. We request that children under 18 should be supervised.
