Peony is a modern two floor apartment with its own private swimming pool and sun terraces. It benefits from an excellent central location for the town. Just step outside the front door and you have supermarkets, banks and bakers all within a 2 minute walk. This is an extremely handy location, set back enough from the main street to also be quiet and relaxing and only a 5 minute stroll into the centre of town, with many bars and restaurants even closer.
Inside Peony there is a main open plan living room on the upper floor, which opens out onto the poolside sun terrace. Also on this floor you will find a double bedroom with private balcony and adjacent shower bathroom, which is ideal for less mobile guests. On the lower floor are two very spacious bedrooms with high ceilings and each with large en-suite shower bathrooms. Both bedrooms have sliding doors out onto the lower patio garden terrace. The lower floor is particularly cool in summer.
Around the poolside is a shaded dining area with table for 6 and small BBQ. By the pool are 6 comfortable sun beds and an umbrella. There is a choice of sun or shade throughout the day.
Peony is ideally suited to families, friends or couples. Please ask about couples or long stay discounts in May, June, September and October.

Peony Apartment- Cancellation Policy 2020/2021
1) CANCELLATION TERMS – Cancellations made by the customer:
- If canceled 90 days before the check-in day, the full prepaid amount will be refunded to the customer.
- If canceled 60 days before the check-in day, 50% of the prepaid amount will be refunded to the customer.
- If canceled 30 days before the check-in day 25% of the prepaid amount will be refunded to the customer.
- If customer provides information less than 30 days before the day of entry, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
- If customer does not check in, the total amount of payment will not be refunded and kept as compensation.
- If the guest needs to make a change to a confirmed booking, the Kalkan Holidays team will update the booking as long as change request is approved by the property owner. If the request is not approved by the property owner, the guest can process with according to cancellation policy.
2) UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
- In cases of an unforeseeable circumstance such as: war, threat of war, uprising, strikes, natural disasters, fires, terrorist activities, epidemics, technical problems that may occur in transportation, superstructure and infrastructure works carried out by municipalities or public institutions, which are not possible to ban and foresee by state authorities in the region and all events that develop outside our control will be evaluated. The customer may terminate their booking without any legal liability and without compensation or hold/change the dates of their booking.
- If in an unforeseeable circumstance the property that had been booked is unavailable an equal property will be offered as a substitute.
3) COVID GUARANTEE
- If the customer has to cancel as a result of a travel ban; the FCDO advising against travel; quarantine requirements in the UK or Turkey; or lockdown restrictions in Kalkan, the customer will be guaranteed a full refund. This term applies up until 1 day before the customer is due to travel.
