Solvi Apartment

Solvi apartment is part of the Asfiya Retreats complex. This 2-bedroom duplex apartment is spread over two floors—the ground floor and the first floor. The apartment boasts its own private terrace and pool, in addition to access to the large communal pool within the complex.

Lower Floor:

The lower floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, and microwave. The living area offers comfortable seating, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. There is also a WC on this floor.

Patio doors from the living area lead to the apartment's private terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table, and chairs. A BBQ is provided for guests' use. The private pool, complete with a waterfall feature, is approximately 1.5 meters deep.

Upper Floor:

The upper floor includes two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with an en-suite shower room and a balcony. The twin bedroom can be configured as a king-size bed if preferred. An extra bed on this level can accommodate a fifth guest, provided the guest is under 12 years of age.

• Non-Smoking Policy: Solvi apartment is a non-smoking unit. Please remind all guests to refrain from smoking indoors. Guests are responsible for any damages resulting from smoking within the premises. In accordance with recent regulations, fire alarms have been installed on both floors, and smoking may activate them.

• Welcome Pack: Each guest will receive a welcome pack upon arrival. The contents of the welcome pack are shown in the picture below.

• Information Folder: Guests will find the information folder next to the welcome pack. Additionally, operating instructions for various appliances can be found adjacent to each respective machine.
