Villa Ada

Villa Ada is an established luxury five-bedroom villa located just off the Kalamar Road, near the prestigious Lycia Spa & Asfiya Sea View Hotels and just a short walk into the centre of Kalkan.

The main house has a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area with doors to the terrace and pool area. There are also four double bedrooms including one ground floor bedroom, each with an en suite or adjacent bathrooms.

The fifth bedroom, a twin, is located in a garden annexe with a separate entrance and is ideal for teenagers but not small children or couples.

On the first floor is a large terrace with stunning views especially as the sun is setting in the late afternoon and evening, ideal for a drink before going out. 

As well as a highly convenient location, Villa Ada has stunning open sea views from the poolside and lots of private outdoor space with both sun and shaded areas. The pool is non-chemical and features a separate children’s pool, which is also just great to relax in.  There is a covered alfresco dining area as well as comfortable seating, and then around the pool are sun loungers and parasols.
