The villa features an open-plan living and dining area, which is light and airy, with direct access to the pool terrace and jacuzzi. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor – one double and one twin (beds can be combined), both with en-suite bathrooms and sea view balconies. The second floor hosts another double and twin bedroom, also with en-suite facilities and balconies. On the top floor, there’s a twin bedroom that opens onto a roof terrace with stunning views of the Old Town and Mediterranean.

Outside

The outdoor spaces include a furnished roof terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan Bay, a shaded poolside terrace ideal for alfresco dining, and a private freshwater pool with a separate jacuzzi section. Sunbeds, parasols, and a BBQ are also available for guests to enjoy.

Additional Features

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, and cleaning with linen changes occurs weekly. Pool towels are supplied, and there is a security alarm system. The Old Town is a 5-minute walk away, although the return route involves a short, steep hill (an alternative route is available).
