Villa Primavera is a four bedroom villa located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. A a luxury villa with breath taking sea views.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge, kitchen and dining area, with doors out onto the pool terrace. At the centre of the open-plan living space are double height windows which frame the Kalkan mountains, sea and island views perfectly, flooding this room with light.
The lower ground floor boasts 2 bedrooms, a twin and a double, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to attractive gardens and outdoor seating areas. Also on this floor is the indoor games area with pool table and a cinema room with game console. An additional laundry room and separate WC are available on this floor.
On the first floor are 2 spacious bedrooms each with a private balcony and an amazing view of the islands, the harbour and the village. The master bedroom also has a private jacuzzi.
Outside is a large terrace with sun loungers, al fresco dining area and BBQ, and comfortable seating to enjoy the day/evening/night. The infinity pool has a jacuzzi featureand a separate shallow pool which can be used as a childrens pool or for the sun loungers. There is also table tennis and a gym so that you can keep fit during your stay..
