Wishes Town House

Wishes Town House is a four bedroon villa located in the heart of the Old Town in Kalkan.  The property is unusal in so far as it has a pool.

The property’s wooden entrance door, opens onto an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with an interior of a mix of plastered white wall and stone. A large guest cloakroom is located on this floor. A doorway has access to a Juliette balcony and a sliding door leads out onto the courtyard-style pool area.

On the lower ground floor of the house, there are two double bedrooms, each with marble en-suite shower rooms.  An opaque glass door leads out onto a communal courtyard area that has steps leading up from the street.

The large landing on the first floor features a pleasant seating area, and there are two further double bedrooms on this level and again each of these has an en-suite shower room. These bedrooms also have Juliette balconies.

A staircase leads up to the villa’s roof terrace which has lovely views over the old town towards the harbour. A cushioned seating set is provided, together with a swing seat.

The pool has a terrace and sun loungers.
