> This villa has capacity of 10 people, the villa has 5 bedrooms and each room has an en-suite bathroom, both master en-suite bathrooms have jacuzzies. The villa also has an elevator for easy access to all three floors.
> Both the second and third floor of the villa has magnificent views of the blue Mediterranean sea.
> Our villa is an ideal for our crowded families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples.
> The property is built on a residential area of Kalkan. The villas are built on a slope in terms of its geographical structure.
> The villa owner is responsible for the pool maintenance, garden maintenance and garbage of our villa.
Our villas; On the first day, the arrival time to the villa is at15:00pm in. On the last day, check out from the villa is at 10:00am. During these hours, the general cleaning of our villa is done. We would like to point out that if you check into the villa early, we are unable to help. We request you, our valuable holidaymakers, to enter and exit the villa at specified times.

> 4th Bedroom; There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, TV, make-up table, wardrobe, dresser, toilet, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
> 5th Bedroom; There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, make-up table, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom, toilet, jacuzzi and balcony with sea view.
